Information we store in the TaskGuy app

• Tasks — the household tasks parents create, their assignments, and completion status.
• Pocket money records — the pocket money amounts linked to tasks and tracked per child.

We ask parents to only enter information about their children that is necessary to use TaskGuy. We do not request or store sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for the features above.

How we use information

We use the information listed above solely to operate the TaskGuy app: to let parents sign in, manage their family's tasks and pocket money, keep child progress in sync between family members, and provide customer support when requested. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running the service.

Children's privacy

TaskGuy is designed to be used by families. Parents create and control child profiles inside the app and are responsible for the information they enter about their children. We do not use children's personal information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any marketing purpose, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This support website

This support website does not require an account, does not include advertising or third-party marketing trackers, and does not run behavioral analytics. It exists only to provide support information and a contact address.

Third parties and service providers

We rely on a small number of technical service providers (for example, the platform used to host the app's backend and to deliver the app through the Apple App Store) strictly to operate TaskGuy. These providers process information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Data retention & deletion

We retain the information above only for as long as it is needed to operate your TaskGuy account, or as required by applicable law. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time from within the TaskGuy app, or by emailing us at kp.perry@gmx.net. On deletion, associated family profiles, tasks and pocket money records tied to the account are removed.
